By accessing eyez2photography.com, you agree to these Terms & Legal provisions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “Eyez 2 Photography,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the independent photography business operated by Gwen Henderson.
Website purpose
This website presents Gwen Henderson’s photography, describes available services, and provides a way to inquire about sessions and artwork. Site content is general information and may be updated without notice. Although we aim to keep the site accurate, displayed availability, descriptions, examples, and other information are not guaranteed to be complete or current.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, or obligate either party to proceed. A photography engagement begins only when both parties accept a separate written agreement and satisfy any stated booking requirements. Availability, scope, pricing, travel, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, usage rights, and delivery details will be set out in that agreement.
This website does not accept online payments. Any purchase or service arrangement is handled directly with Eyez 2 Photography through a separate process.
Artwork and licensing
An inquiry about a photograph is not a purchase. Availability, edition, format, dimensions, pricing, delivery, and any license terms must be confirmed in writing. Unless a separate written license expressly says otherwise, purchasing a print or other physical product does not transfer copyright or grant commercial, promotional, reproduction, resale, or digital-use rights.
Copyright and permitted use
Unless otherwise identified, the photographs, artwork, logo, text, design, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Eyez 2 Photography and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, alter, remove watermarks, scrape, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or otherwise exploit site content without prior written permission from the rights holder.
Your submissions
You agree that information submitted through the inquiry form will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and will not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe another person’s rights. You confirm that you are authorized to provide the contact information submitted and permit us and our service providers to process it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting information does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes concerning only the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
